This is listed as fried rice with eggs on the menu. Just ask for it to come without eggs and the eggs will be replaced with more veggies! Each grain of rice is coated with a thin film of oil so it felt a bit heavy towards the end. But still yummy!
Never really thought to ask for vegan fried rice but here it is! I actually thought it was going to be plain but it was amazing. Enough said really. Order it
Whooo knew they did this at Din Tai Fung?! Well we didn’t until recently! Must try when you’re there. It looks really ‘healthy’ and like it has no taste but actually it’s damn tasty. Don’t judge by it’s cover 🤣
