chew - in the best of ways! I appreciated that the cookie was extra crunchy so it didn’t turn into a soggy mess while the ice cream melted. Big enough to share for 2-4 friends, or if you’re up for the challenge you can have it all to yourself like I did 😉
graham cracker crumbs it was supposed to be topped with, but instead smothered in powdered cinnamon. Also, the cookie was hard as a rock, and eating it with the fork I was given was near impossible. I ended up losing a large portion of my dessert to the floor and table because the fork wouldn't break through the cookie. After that, I decided to use my fingers to bust up the cookie and dip the pieces into the ice cream which was extremely messy. But the flavor was great!
