Daal Bowl

Unfortunately this pic doesn’t do the dish justice, because it looks a little bit messy in the take-out bowl. But this daal bowl is not only delicious but beautifully presented too. The main ingredients are red lentils, cauliflower, a rhubarb mango chutney and coconut milk. It’s so rich and flavorful, it makes for a very satisfying meal. Sono andata a pranzo con una collega durante la settimana. È piacevole vedere che c'era la fila per entrare e che i posti erano tutti occupati. Ho preso questa bowl di daal con lenticchie rosse, riso, cavolo, mango: i sapori erano ben bilanciati tra loro. Unica pecca è che non era calda abbastanza.
