Cold noodles with five spice fragrant tofu strings and tribute vegetable

(Veganised by requesting no chicken powder). I like that they have quite a lot of veg choices and make it in front of you. Request for the mixing bowl to be rinsed before your order if you like. The tribute vegetables are super crunchy and the tofu strings are bouncy in texture. The whole dish is spicy (can request spice level) and fresh.
