Pad Eggplant

Had the pad eggplant basil stir fry with rice plus the sweet and sour tofu and the food was fresh and tasty - no fish sauce- and there were lots of other dishes that you could substitute tofu in for the meat - reasonable prices in a lovely little town in Napa Valley.
