This is the vegan eggplant rock calzone. I added mushrooms & asked for the Italian
seasoning on top. It comes with daiya cheese (mozzarella & cheddar), eggplant, jalapeños, tater tots, & probably more that I’m forgetting, and marinara on the side for dipping of course. I think this is my favorite calzone on the menu, but they have SO many options! Honestly one of the best & most extensive vegan menus I’ve seen at a non vegan restaurant! Most of the calzones come with lots of vegan meats, but this is one of the few without. I really love the amount of cheese they add & the tater tots!! I also love mushrooms & the Italian seasoning! This is a great go-to meal, is close to the ASU Tempe campus, tastes amazing, and is very filling & satisfying!!
