A perfect moorish dessert. Deconstructed apple/gooseberry pie with a crunchy crumb jam packed with flavour.
Gooseberry crumble with aquafaba meringue and whipped coconut cream. The crumble was made with oats and dark chocolate - the dish was perfectly balanced in sweetness, bitterness from the chocolate, sourness from the gooseberries and saltiness from the crumble. There aren't many places where you'll be served such a gourmet, thoughtful vegan dessert at this price point! #chocoholic
