Their simplest dish which is sometimes exactly what you need. A grain (rice or quinoa),
a green (collard or spinach), a legume (it was chickpeas today), and a dressing. One dollar of the purchase goes to a good cause. Today the ambience was much quieter than my first visit. I will be back for an evening visit soon.
