Amazing, purely vegan option from the Steakhouse restaurant (that’s the only restaurant in that hotel unfortunately, but it’s great to have something vegan there).
Yummy palm hearts (I love them)
served with arugula, olives and dried tomatoes, great combination of flavours, tasty, healthy and nutritious.
They also have a veggie burger, which is great, however it’s not labeled as vegan, there is no cheese added in the burger, so maybe the bun or patty is vegetarian.
