Sesame tofu

Insanely delicious and sweet! I think the tofu is braised and it's the best tofu I've had from a restaurant - great flavor!

This dish is not on the menu but the owner can substitute tofu or mock duck in most of the recipes. A lot of already marked vegan and vegetarian food clearly marked on the menu. The flavors of the sesame tofu are really good. Sweet savory and a little spice. #roosterredemption
