Salt & Peppered Shrimp

This was my first visit dining with Au Lac. We ordered the Salt & Pepper Shrimp, Lemongrass Fish and Big Thunnini Roll. Plentiful and beautifully curated menu items are works of divine art. The Salt and Pepper Shrimp was delectable! I look forward to experience more of Au Lac's whimsical, extraordinary and magical cuisine.

These are my favorite appetizers there at Au Lac! I just love how crispy they were. I also had other dishes which were delicious as well. Love this place!

My favorite dish @aulacrestaurant so yummy! Even the cabbage bed is perfectly sautéed & seasoned.

Chef Itto makes the Vegan shrimp from scratch, they are so perfect! Texture, flavor, everything! Little jalapeños on the side for that kick that some of us love! I asked for an extra side of the spicy Mayo and it was perfect for them!

My favorite shrimp dish of all time! These salt & pepper shrimp will have you second guessing that it’s vegan. If you’ve never tried them you definitely need too! The texture and flavor are unbelievable.
