Dark Spot Remover

🌸I struggled with acne until my first year of university. I didn’t see a huge reduction in my acne until I went vegan and switched to clean beauty products. Nevertheless, years of pimple popping (I know, gross) left scars on my skin that now frustrate the heck out of me have marked my skin with dark spots & uneven texture. ⁣

🌼Recently, I was gifted the Dark Spot Remover by @lostgardenskincare & have been using it for the past two weeks. ⁣

🌸The serum contains the highest form of active vitamin C serum which is proven to help even skin tone. Personally, I’ve found vitamin C serums to be a game changer when it comes to acne scars, so after reading the ingredients I had a feeling the results would be visible. ⁣

🌼As for the formula, I love how lightweight it is & the fact that this serum is water-based. As an individual with combination skin, I’m not the biggest fan of oil-based formulas so I’ve been loving that after I apply the serum my skin doesn’t feel heavy, sticky, or greasy.⁣
⁣
🌸The impact of the serum was instantaneous as I felt my skin tighten (which was such a satisfying feeling) and also feel much smoother ~ as someone with acne scars these are qualities that my skin dreams of. Over the last few days, I’ve also noticed a reduction in the pigmentation of my scars. I’m really looking forward to seeing the impact of this serum after a few months because it’s only been a short period of time and I’m already obsessed with the results!
