Beautiful dish of Dahl, basmati rice, vegetable (really well cooked, crunchy) and coconut yogurt.
I just missed a bit of season in the dahl...

Well seasoned with a bit of pepper and a really tasty aubergine.
Thais was not a vegan dish but they didn’t put the ricota and it became perfect ;)

It was a really well balanced dish, acidity perfect and a really nice touch of pepper.

Pizza Youth Vegan take control on Saturdays and Sundays at Urbã Cozinha Vegana.
It really worth the visit.
