This dish was so delicious. A freshly fried tortilla is topped with pinto beans, tempeh (which is seasoned so well), tomatoes, daiya cheddar cheese, lots of guacamole, and green onions. There is also a whole wheat tortilla more

Wholesome and flavorful overall. A bed of roasted sweet potatoes and kale and carmelized onions with baked tempeh that was marinaded and covered in sriracha. There is a small side isalad and wheat toast as well. I also orders more

Yummy taco! Grilled portabello mushrooms, bell peppers, and corn with guacamole on top. Remove the cheese if you want this to be vegan (I did and it was great). The corn tortilla is also grilled.
Healthy and filling :) A bed of brown rice is covered in steamed kale, roasted bell pepper, fried tofu, avocado slices, walnuts and a creamy dressing. I get it every time I eat here!
