This was so delicious. It’s a tempura battered deep fried roll with asparagus, avocado, yam, and carrots with a special ginger soy glaze. It’s great of you’re craving something fried but not excessively greasy and sill relatively more



The sansai sobs can be served cold or hot but we got the hot soba noodles in a dashi broth. The broth had a deep flavor which was a pleasant surprise because I wouldn’t expect a vegan broth to be comparable to a beef or more
