Last night's dinner of spaghetti squash with Beyond Meatballs. The squash was tossed with a nugg of Trader Joe's Vegan Butter, with some High Note cheezio pepe served with homegrown eggplant with Follow Your Heart vegan parmesan! 😋  My wife can pretty much "veganize" anything! Lucky guy here in California! Life is good!

We enjoyed these fishless tacos made with jackfruit from LaJacka Food Truck. A frosty cold one from Barrel House Brewing in River Park while watching the MLB All Star Game,.... now that's a good day in my book! Oh and there was a watermelon eating contest between the staff. 🌮🍻⚾️🍉

I purchased this with my REI dividends and have been using it on my morning hikes. Not an over powering flavor or sweet which is fine by me. I will definitely buy this again along with some of the other hydration products they offer. 👍🙂

Our first taste of Beyonds Cookout Classic was a smashing success! The patties cooked over a hot mesquite fire with merlot soaked post oak chips developed some nice crispy craggy edges while the inner burger remained juicy! Our grilled onions and a slice of Violife Mature Cheddar raclette over the toasted Dave's Killer Bread Burger Buns Done Right and three words come to mind! Ooh la la! 100% recommend!!!
