Classic pancake. Thin but large, sweet and fluffy!! Ate the whole thing in addition to another entree!

DELICIOUS. I always want biscuits&gravy when I brunch and this is something I’m going to dream about. Fluffy biscuits, and a beautiful gravy chock full of goodies. I added a “sausage” patty and almost licked the plate clean!

A grilled “chicken” sandwich- I was never a huge fan of grilled chicken in my meat eating days so the “chicken” itself held no importance to me, though for chicken lovers, it was much more like a dark meat than a light meat. more

What I though would be a cold root vegetable salad was surprisingly (but not unfortunately) a piping hot vegetable medley topped with fresh garlic cashew “cheese” spread. Warm and filling, with seeds and seasonal vegetables.

Beautifully presented. Hot and well seasoned. Not too greasy or oily like some “crab” cakes. Took them home and ate them cold the next day— just as delicious!
