My #UpcycleThat challenge was to find a decorative use for the mylar coffee bags that I refused to the landfill...I don't know much about mylar but it FEELS like something that would never biodegrade.  

We enjoyed our decorative wicker elephant but it ended up getting moldy after a flood in our garage so it became a garden ornament until the wicker rotted away. The rusty wireframe was thrown out and rescued from the trash a few times before I got the idea to cover it with strips of mylar, using only scissors and clear packing tape. Our mylar elephant has survived a winter intact!

Still saving the mylar bags -- next I'll weave them into reuseable shopping bags. Kicking Horse Coffee and @[abillion](user-59db18f27687550004329eb3), are you listening?

Great way to “eat the rainbow” with legumes, brown rice and veggies, including fermented kimchi. Mine came with the shredded soy instead of the tofu pictured in the menu, with General Tso sauce in a tiny cup.
