Broccoli, fermentierter Romanesco, Lauchgel, Pinienkerne, Peterlimayo. Erster Gang dieser erstaunlichen Menüs. Fantastisch 😊 Bedienung auch sehr charmant, Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert!

I tried an early version and found it better (not even sure if they changed the receipt). Not too many ingredients which is good, but it still tastes a bit artificial.

New bowl from Coop (Switzerland), with planted chicken, edamame, red cabbage and teriyaki sauce. Not bad.

Amazing product, feels like home made. Only natural ingredients inside. Bought in a small shop in Italy and probably I won’t find it anywhere again 😢

You have the proteins here but also a lot of sugar, that’s why I won’t eat it too often. Taste is ok.

The Biber is a widespread traditional Swiss snack. The original version contains honey and milk. This company (which produces the original ones) came up with a lovely vegan version. I will buy it again and again.

Very nice mousse au chocolat, rich! Unfortunately I didn’t even look what’s inside, so I don’t know if I can really recommend it or not. Tastewise definitely yes!

Nice salty snack based on beans, I like the sour cream taste, would buy them again.

Panino ripieno di Vuny (Nestle) e altro, la lista degli ingredienti è lunghissima, anche di ingredienti di cui non ho idea di cosa siano. Preso per emergenza, passabile.
