This sisig is made of chickpeas and wheat as per the menu. I guess they mushed the chickpeas and mixed them with wheat, then fried them.
I would probably ask them to set the soy mayo aside next time, but the taste was very good!

Their Signature Smoothie has a well-balanced taste with a healthy(a bit earthy in a good way) taste of spinach, sweetness of banana, unique texture from raisins.

The chocolate cake is very fudgy and rich and covered with even richer chocolate ganache.
And it's not too sweet, but sweet enough to make everyone satisfied. I can't believe It's vegan...too delicious!

I ordered "Tofu-fish w/ organic rice" and it was very tasty!
They made it taste like fish by using seaweed sheets. There are even more options on their menu, so I would definitely try other dishes next time!
