You can substitute the cauliflower for breaded beyond chicken. A great dish

Only $9 for a pack of vegan deli slices, bacon, and cheese (each are >$5 alone) plus vegan ranch makes it great and filling lunch option.

Very filling and great tasting. Yuca fries and chimichurri sauce was a great addition.
