Last tasting from the vegan festival in Brussels! This bento box had a tofu and carrot salad in a curry sauce, an onigiri, and a lions mane mushroom satay. It was so delicious! I loved the satay, amazingly marinated and super great texture, I also loved the peanutty dipping sauce. The onigiri had vegan faux salmon that was an amazing texture, but I didn’t find there was enough of the filling. The salad was nice as well. For 10€ this was a great meal!
