This consisted of tofu seasoned with Jamaican herbs and spices that was smoky with a medium amount of heat and cooked with fresh veggies, seasoned vegetable rice, tender seasoned cabbage, red and green bell peppers, and onions, and fried ripe, soft, sweet, caramelized plantains. It was delicious, hearty, nourishing, and satisfying. (Gluten-free)
