Nippattu is life. 🤤 Not everyone knows how to make it well. Santhanam people seem to be experts at it. Thin, crispy with the crunch of generous inclusions — dal, peanut, curry leaves, etc.

Yummy spicy snack that tends to be vegan by default.

They also have mini nippattus you can pick up by weight their location. Those are a little dangerous because you pop one after another into your mouth and lose track. 😂
