I wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't had quiche since turning vegan. This was delicious. A good form texture, and developed flavours. Better than "trad" quiche in mouth feel and taste. I had it with Plant Pioneers coleslaw, home made potato salad made with vegan mayo, lettuce, tomato and spring onions. It would've been nice to serve with a dollop of Heinz vegan Salad Cream, but it seems Heinz discontinued that unfortunately.
