Every now and then, I get a craving for this type of soy protein burger patty, and it seems that there are several new variations on the market each month. I have a hard time keeping up!
This one contains 21 grams of #protein and is 230 calories, which is a pretty great ratio in my opinion. It tasted like your standard patty of similar comparison, but wasn't overly salty tasting. (Although does have 430mg of sodium 😬) I appreciate the generous size that fully fills a standard sized hamburger bun and even hangs over a bit. The texture is chewy and springy.
Overall, its nothing revolutionaryat this point, but I really enjoyed the taste and will keep a package on hand in the freezer!
