This appetizer platter allowed us to try a variety of foods, which was a super fun option, especially since the buffet was closed. This dish included #alootikki, #samosa, dalvada, potato vada, vegetable cutlet, and mirch pakora. Served with a tamarind and a cilantro sauce.

The star of the show for me was the veggie cutlet. It had the most flavor and a pleasing texture. Other items varied in spice and flavoring, with some being a bit blander than others. None of it was even a little greasy or overly salty, which I appreciated. I enjoyed the experience and would get again with a group to share!
