Today we enjoyed a solar eclipse with some friends. We were in the path of totality, it was an amazing experience.
As part of the event we had a table of treats for both our families to enjoy. With my family being #vegan and most of us #glutenfree and the other family having a child with a nut allergy, we had to be careful of what we each brought. I always prefer buying packaged #nutfree foods when we are together as I cook in my house with nuts a lot.
This brand has lots of options but this flavor was my favorite. Who can go wrong with a soft #lemon cookie! It had a good lemon flavor and though not soft like home baked cookies or even like Enjoy life cookies it was still soft enough to make me happy.
