I did know what to bring to my family's easter celebration, so I thought I'd just try artichoke dip! I picked up the cans of artichokes from TJ's for a reasonable price. These artichokes come whole and look really nice out of the can. They're a fun texture to cut. This artichoke dip was super easy to make. It was mostly a cashew cream with some extra stuff thrown in.
