This was the most recommended dish on google, so I had to try it! It truly was a bomb fried noodles! Probably one of the best noodle dishes I’ve had in a long time! The various grilled mushrooms were what really elevated it. It was somewhat reminiscent of a pad Thai, but with more developed flavours.
