Took this cheese for a charcuterie evening, knowing that vegan cheese wouldn’t be provided. It sat next to an English cheddar, a French brie, and an Italian blue - - - and at the end of the night it was the only item that had been finished 💪💪💪 ( - and I didn’t eat it all!)
Hurrah wonderful little cruelty free cheese for showing the omnis that alternatives can be GREAT if you look hard enough!
This blue has a great tangy, salty taste - it tends to melt a little at room temperature (read gloop rather than melt - but can’t complain!)
