Authentic Thai-style salad with roasted cashews and pomelo pulp in spicy and aromatic herbed dressing. Previously featuring #lovehandle roasted soy 'chicken breast' with yuba 'skin'; now featuring #foreverbyshandiglobal grilled 'skinless chicken breast' made using non-GMO pea protein, chickpeas, quinoa, flaxseeds, and brown rice. Personally found the 'chicken' smokey but a tad dry and rubbery in this dish compared to in the Vegan Thai Drunken Noodles; would recommend pairing a mouthful of chicken with the juicy pomelo! Really appreciate how vegan-friendly Bangkok Jam's menu is, as well as the fact that they collaborate with various #sglocal plant-based alternatives!
