Curry was not too spicy, rich and on the sweeter side. Generous amount of vegetables (broccoli, brinjal, carrots, baby corn, spinach, chilli) and tofu. (Another option was shandi global chicken).

Overall dish is so-so but the Shandi Global Chicken Breast is really good. I love the texture and excited to know about this product because i can no get Quorn vegan fillet in Singapore anymore. I hope they retail the chicken breast!

Free of charge. Just ask if you like to eat chilli. I pretty impressed that they understand my request for chilli with no fish oil (which a lot other non full veg restaurant always don’t understand or don’t provide)

Kway teow noodles stir-fried with lots of sweet basil, baby corn, broccoli florets, and cherry tomatoes. Featuring #sglocal #foreverbyshandiglobal 'chicken' pieces made using non-GMO pea protein, chickpeas, quinoa, flaxseeds, and brown rice. The slightly charred 'chicken' was impressively tender and toothsome in this dish! (Swipe to see a close-up of the 'chicken'~) I initially thought this dish would be similar to the Vegan Stir-Fried Kway Teow with OnlyEg & Black Soy Sauce, but it tasted distinctly different, with a spicy and umami flavour profile. Previously featuring #lovehandle roasted soy 'chicken breast' with yuba 'skin'; now featuring #foreverbyshandiglobal grilled 'skinless chicken breast' made using non-GMO pea protein, chickpeas, quinoa, flaxseeds, and brown rice. Personally found the 'chicken' smokey but a tad dry and rubbery in this dish compared to in the Vegan Thai Drunken Noodles; would recommend pairing a mouthful of chicken with the juicy pomelo!
