Delicious vegan steak slices for a good hearty sandwich. I used these to make a vegan 🌱 version of a Rueben sandwich and boy was it tasty! I didn’t find the corned beef, but this did the trick!
Can be eaten cold or warm, thinly sliced and full of flavor!

I bet this would be good in a cheese steak sandwich 🥪 like the ones @rosieb33 makes!! I remember some months back I believe she made one with the beyond tips I think. I haven’t personally had hers but hear they are amazing!
