This toastie was listed as :Pulled shiitake, grilled ‘cheese’ and spinach brioche sandwich with bourbon ‘bacon’ Jam and chipotle sauce. everything you need to know is probably in the name, other than the fact that it is hella delish. I really like how the shrooms were flavoured and cooked. The vegan brioche was a delight too. I dont know if there’s alcohol in the bourbon jam, worth checking with them if straight-edge etc.

Lovely little cafe and social enterprise near the house where Vincent van Gogh lived for a while. A Fully vegan menu. And they work with a learning disability employment charity. I always love when a cafe extends their vegan ethic beyond their menu and kitchen, and place people over profits, and emphases social justice.
