A very healthy and flavourful lunch! I love zucchini noodles, and this had such nice textural elements from all the crunchy veggies. The sauce is super creamy and rich too which makes you feel much fuller. If I could add one thing it would have been a protein like tofu or tempeh.

Actually, the only things we get from a supplier are our bread and kombucha.
