🇬🇧 I use this vegetal granulate broth mainly to cook seitan (or I add a tablespoon to the dough along with other spices, it depends), and occasionally a teaspoon in soups or a pinch over stewed vegetables, to give them a nice sprint.
The percentage of salt is similar to other brands, but this one does not add any sugar so I like it more.
🇮🇹 Uso questo granulare principlamente per cuocere il seitan (o lo incorporo nel mix di spezie, dipende), e occasionalmente magari un cucchiaino nel minestrone oppure un pizzico sopra le verdure stufate.
La percentuale di sale è similare ad altre marche, ma questa non aggiunge nessuno zucchero quindi la preferisco.
