One of those quietly impressive products, nothing too conspicuous about the branding etc. but my word what a fine #burger this #patty makes 😋 The #Indian flavour is gentle and not too heavy on spice, so much so that it could work either with a chilli/masala forward combination or - as in this case - something that relied on mango chutney and a bunch of soft vegetables like garlic and eryngii mushrooms 🙂 The packaging is #plasticfree but the paper/cardboard doesn't go all soggy/deformed like with some other brands 😏 Handling is easy and there are multiple ways to prepare and serve. Another masterpiece by Fry's 💪
