Spiced Burgers

These were good, had a very slight spicyness to them, but I feel like they could have a bit more spicyness and distinct flavour to them to make them stand out even more as the alternative to the traditional burgers. One of those quietly impressive products, nothing too conspicuous about the branding etc. but my word what a fine #burger this #patty makes 😋 The #Indian flavour is gentle and not too heavy on spice, so much so that it could work either with a chilli/masala forward combination or - as in this case - something that relied on mango chutney and a bunch of soft vegetables like garlic and eryngii mushrooms 🙂 The packaging is #plasticfree but the paper/cardboard doesn't go all soggy/deformed like with some other brands 😏 Handling is easy and there are multiple ways to prepare and serve. Another masterpiece by Fry's 💪

I really enjoyed these. They were really nicely spiced/seasoned, and while not necessarily on the same level as Beyond Meat, I enjoyed the texture as it wasn’t just mushy.
