It’s our last day in #Batam City, and we’re still craving more traditional #Indonesian cuisine, so we’re back here at Nature #Vegetarian. This #tempeh dish is #spicy, #intense and has a tinge of #sour flavour from the chopped up ginger flower (aka rojak flower). It goes so well with rice 🍚
