An all-time favourite from any #Chinese #vegetarian restaurant #Teochew style #tofu!

Originally a dish made with fish, it’s replaced with #silkentofu and thin slices of mock #fish to give it a fishy taste. Shredded #ginger and #preserved vegetable provide it with a signature #spicy and #sour flavour. Goes so well with rice 🍚🥰
