Palm Sugar Braised Green Papaya no Cuisine Wat Damnak — Avaliação do tiascaz (23 de nov. de 2022)

This was one of my favourites of the whole experiences. The palm sugar papaya was so sweet and had a wonderful textural contrast to the baguette croutons. Fresh green peppercorn and rice paddy herb gave it a lovely herbal taste too.
