Dish 1 - Cold Appetizer
A small bowl of black beans, natto and other items, including some garlic bits I believe. We were asked to mix all of them by beating it like beating an egg 100 times, before putting a scoop on a nori seaweed, and eating it in one mouthful. A really unique and creative dining experience, and this is just the start.
