this is so good!!! i have shared it with omnivore friends who love it. the flavors and texture are spot on. i have made burritos, tacos, and nachos (pictured) with it. it's a little expensive - $15/lb). the price went up $3. there is enough for several meals. next i will try their vegan carnitas. this LA-based company is awesome and i hope their products become more widely available.
