this is so good!!! i have shared it with omnivore friends who love it. the flavors and texture are spot on. i have made burritos, tacos, and nachos (pictured) with it. it's a little expensive - $15/lb). the price went up $3. there is enough for several meals. next i will try their vegan carnitas. this LA-based company is awesome and i hope their products become more widely available. their website is www.plantranchfoods.com #carneasada

This is fabulous asada and so incredibly simple to prepare. Blew away a crew of meat eaters. This is the frozen/retail version of the Los Angeles based taco cart/vendor Cena Vegan. It’s so good! Smoky flavor and incredible texture.
This brand is amazing, the carne asada, the pastor and the chicken are great! Perfect for tacos and tostadas.
This Carne Asada "meat" is DELICIOUS. One of the few meat replacers I don't have to doctor up. Delicious as it is. I use it to make street tacos or a Bowl with rice and veggies. A little squeeze of lime and you are good to go!
