They call this fritters dough but we like to call this dish “you tiao” - a kind of flour fried crispy so it is very crispy on the outside but empty inside or I should say “soft”

They are famous for their fritters dough and bean curd.

Their fritters dough when compared to others - no fight ! Meaning that their you tiao is one of the best if not the very BEST in Singapore !!! Really really different and very very nice. You must try it to know what I mean.
