My housemate decided to #tapao this on our way back from Makan Vegan and gosh am I’m glad he recommended this 😋 I love #tauhuay! 🫘 I’m used to eating #taufoofah refrigerated so it was interesting having it warm for once. The mix of #beancurd with #grassjelly is always a favourite of mine 😇 You also get to adjust the sugar levels on this, though I’d add that the #tofu itself isn’t all that flavourful so you’ll have to depend on the occasional sips of sugar water on the side 🫣 I’d just recommend planning ahead and bringing and appropriate #takeout container! ♻️

I was looking for something sweet and saw this so I ordered. The dough is a bit hard not very very soft ….the red bean inside is pleasantly very nice. Not too sweet …just right and sweet taste. Maybe the dough is like this or by the time reach my house the dough becomes harden ….but ok lah or maybe yesterdat morning I tend to be picky at my food. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

They call this fritters dough but we like to call this dish “you tiao” - a kind of flour fried crispy so it is very crispy on the outside but empty inside or I should say “soft” They are famous for their fritters dough and bean curd. Their fritters dough when compared to others - no fight ! Meaning that their you tiao is one of the best if not the very BEST in Singapore !!! Really really different and very very nice. You must try it to know what I mean. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

These tofu fries come with chillie sprinkled on them hence they look reddish. I love eating them very much so I usually buy two packets and then find that I can’t finish them all !!! Oh my …. Well that’s how I am. Have you tried this ? They are nice and crispy and not very hot or spicy …look hot only but not very very spicy. Must try ok ? 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 If you can see how many times I have bought them oh ….you will know how I loved thee ❤️

This is soya drink. When chilled they taste so refreshingly good !!!! I love their drink so I usually buy two and drink one cup saving the other one for tomorrow. Still fresh and good. After all it’s a drink !!! I like this because it somehow makes my nails hard especially I noticed that when I cut my nails. Why not you try this soya drink and tell me more about it. Yes….it does taste like milk except that it is not milk ….people like to describe it as milk because of its colour. This is to attract real milk lovers to buy this kind of drink. I drank this since young and grow up with this soya drink. It is now more like a comfort drink to me. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Their riceballs are amazing, very soft and stuffed with peanut filling. It was my fault for ordering it as a combination with cold beancurd— the pairing didn’t go so well. Also their hot beancurd trumps the cold one IMO.

It’s more soya bean drink. Drank when cold is very nice. Really refreshing and I do find that after drinking this….my nails are harder especially when I cut my nails that I noticed them. Well….you can try to drink them then pay attention to your nails or even toe nails for that matter. Let me know if what I observe is true. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The curry puff is nice ! The curry paste is quite unique on its own. I can taste the spicy hot stuff in the curry paste that is surrounding the cut potatoes inside the puff. The crust is not exactly very thick hence is easy on the teeth. Nice 👍🏻 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is very nice. Love the semi hard jelly that is sweet and yet not too sweet. Very nice to have for after breakfast as it is quite refreshing !!! Every dessert has their own strengths and weakness. And these are our own perceptions of them and depends on our Sweet tooth or not 🥰🥰 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Love the traditional taste of soya milk. A delicious beany snack on its own, high in protein too. A little on the sweet side but I can’t complain, it’s bliss.
