Soul Vegetarian is actually 100% vegan but has been operating under the name for a long time. It is a divey little spot in Poncey-Highland that has two outdoor tables that put you right in the middle of The Scene on Highland. It was a gorgeous springlike day to sit outside to eat this delicious burger. It is made with "seasoned meat roast" topped with all of the traditional burger toppings plus a "special mushroom and onion sauce".
I loved it and found it rivaled any fast food burger I ever ate as a meat-eater over a decade ago.
The restaurant proudly claims to be "microwave and deep fryer free" so don't expect to order fries with your burger.
