As a hardcore fan of the original cookie made by Il Mondo di Laura, I had to try also the biggest size of the famous Pepy-ta cookie.

Perfect as a snack, a tasty treat or as a breakfast cookie, Pepy-ta will satisfy all your dark chocolate cravings at the first bite.

In my opinion, the addition of a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt it’s what makes the difference in the recipe.

In addition to this, the brand produces locally in my town, Rome, and it is vegan and dairy free. Suitable for kosher & parve.

Absolutely recommended if you are in Rome or in Italy - you can easily find it in most supermarkets.
