They have a different vegan soup of the day everyday. This time it was eggplant curry and I wasnt sure that i would like it, but I loved it! Hardly tasted the curry, it most tasted like a good quality hearty vegetable stew. Very nourishing. Also loved the poblano corn soup from last time
